"The property is a bit old and tired. While the rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable and there are adequate amenities, the carpet in the bedroom is rippled (causing a trip hazard) and the bathroom is very outdated. Of particular concern was the black between the tiles in the bath shower and the fact that there are no robust grab rails while stepping in and out of the bath to shower."

"Second time staying with this host. 1st was another residence. Everything that was adverised was down to a T... Highly recommend staying with this host. They are simply Amazing. contact with the host os faultless. If i could give 10 i would. Location is great, nice and peaceful, close to everything. "Property is across the road from Westmead Public Hospital and I needed additional parking after the 10,00 am checkout. At time of check-in there was a sign in the office advising that extended parking would cost guests $15 and non guests $25. During the evening I rang desk from room and was advised that extended parking to 1.00pm would cost $15. At checkout I was advised that extended parking up to 12 noon was free and that after 12 noon the cost was $6 per hour. Three different rates including two from stsff persons. Not good enough."

"the code for the door was incorrect or not working possibly because THE PLACE WAS ALSO BOOKED AND PIAD FOR BY ANOTHER PERSON (THEY ALSO HAD CONFIRMATION PAPERWORK).The workers that I had engaged to carry out works, after a hard days work were pissed off and confused.There will be NO WAY THAT I WILL RECOMMEND USE OF ANY SERVICES OFFERED BY YOUR COMPANY AND WOULD THINK THAT THE MINIMUM I SHOULD RECEIVE IS A REFUND OF PAYMENT FOR THE BLOODY DEBACLE.THIS WILL MAKE A GREAT SOCIAL MEDIA POST FOR ALL THOSE INVOLVED AND ANY PERSON THAT I CAN TELL."
