「チェックイン時のレセプションの横暴な受付から始まり、レストランマネージャーの視線を合わせたい対応、ベッドメーキングスタッフの笑顔の無い反応まで、信じがたい対応に唖然としました。 多くのツアーを受け付けている事もあり、見た目には非常に良いイメージでしたが、アジア人蔑視でもしているかのような対応にはがっかりでした。 メールの対応なども形式的で、予約した時点から多少の不安を感じていましたが、想像以上のひどい対応でした。 真面目に働いている若いスタッフがかわいそうでした。」

「Rose Cottage had a small fridge but it was generously stocked for breakfast items for the 6 nights of our stay. Location is good. There was pet hair and pet odour on the sofa which we cleaned. The pillow protectors and pillows were stained and not very comfortable. Spa was good. Television was very small and not all channels could be received due to its age. An extra towel rail in the bathroom would have been handy given extra towels used for the spa and for swimming nearby. Rose Cottage...
