"Expedia states in listing 2 o'clock check in but when you get access details it states 5 o'clock earliest... No exceptions! Got access details to the main building and to the room fairly quickly. On arrival after 5, I gained access to main building and tried to get into the room but it was locked from the inside, so other than breaking the door in you couldn't gain entry. The office which is your contact to the property closes at 5 so you have to go through Expedia to try and get sorted as...

"The room was clean, however the fan was dirty, blinds were broken. Walking into the property there was an open room full of clutter and mess, immediately in the hallway was what seemed to be a rolled up amount of carpet, and a house a dog that wasn’t disclosed on the listing.
