「I have stayed at the Tru Hilton a few times and have no complaints. Staff are friendly, hotel is clean, breakfast is good. Also there is a good restaurant next door. Would recommend 」

「restaurant was delicious but waited 55 minutes for a burger and wings. Room was great but the bathroom was rusty in sink and bathtub, the ceiling tiles were chipped; sink tiles were chipped, but a pretty good experience 7/10」

「Easy check and friendly staff. Rooms somewhat updated but not fully, regardless, the room we stayed in was very clean. We stayed during a winter storm and the staff did their best to stay on top of snow removal to make it easier for guests to get in and out of their rooms and drive in/out of the property. I would stay here again, hopefully in the spring/summer!」

「Staff was very courteous. It was an easy check in. The room was satisfactory. The bathroom is outdated - very rusty heat rad - no safety bars for the bathtub. The fridge was not clean - the freezer was so bad you could not open it and something had been spilled in the fridge making it very sticky. I did a quick wipe before using it but needs a real good cleaning. Double beds were more like 3/4 beds. Comfortable and clean. It served the purpose as a place to sleep during our stay. 」
