「The rooms are very clean, and the beds bed’s are super cozy. The view from our room was spectacular, overlooking the bay. The staff are friendly and helpful, especially Jason who booked us with that great room. The Rodd has a restaurant and lounge on site. Walking distance to all the shops and pubs in town. We definitely plan on visiting here again. Highly recommend this beautiful place!」

「Clean room, amazing staff ,」

「This was my third time in three years staying here. The rooms have always been clean and comfortable, and the staff friendly and courteous. Although the breakfast is not a full breakfast with bacon and eggs, it has a good selection of oatmeal, pastries, yogourt, fruit, hardboiled eggs and slices meats. And cereal and toast and bagels. If I return to the area next summer, I will consider this at the top of the list.」

「The woman at the desk was informative, helpful, and very accommodating when we asked for a few changes. Really nice. The place is old, but very nicely kept and really neat to stay in.」

「My wife and I are travelling around our own backyard this year.( Atlantic Canada). We recently stayed at the Ye Olde Argyler Lodge, and fell in love with all that it offered Clean well kept rooms, excellent breakfast, knowledgeable and courteous staff, and an ocean view that is spectacular to say the least. 「Small and quiet motel on the lake. No staff present on checkin, but easy to do over the phone. Rooms are clean with recent flooring. Small flat screen TV on the wall. Staff was friendly when I met them. And easy to communicate with. Bbq on site to use as well.」
