「テレビの使い方が分からなかった。日本語の説明書が欲しかった。シャワールームの排水口の匂いが臭かった。清潔だしフロントの方の対応も良かったです。次回も滞在しようと考えてます。来春に滞在予定です。」

「スタッフが皆気さくで、優しかった。 長期滞在だったので部屋に乾燥機付きランドリーがあるのは大変助かりましたが、騒音対策として使用可能時間が8:00〜22:00に限られていました。 地下1階にキッチンがあり、基本的な調理器具やカトラリーが揃っているのもとても助かりました。」

「Great location and an excellent stay! The host was always accessible and responded very quickly whenever I had a question. I accidentally left my universal travel adapter behind, and they kindly ordered a replacement that was delivered right to the front door. I thought that was such a thoughtful gesture and it also means future guests will have one available if they need it. The rooftop amenities were a wonderful bonus. 「I will certainly not go that place again, and I don't recommend it to future visitors to Seoul. Host wasn't available when I arrived, no email, no phone number, nothing. Another guest who happened to be entering when I arrived gave me her number, then took her around an hour just to answer me and let me in. First night stayed in a very small room, with a very tight bed, which was so uncomfortable. Later moved to another room. Location is great, with many shops nearby and English commonly spoken...

「バスルームの床が水垢でとても汚れていました。床や敷いてあるタオルは掃除してなさそうでした。あと、毎日外で夜から朝まで大音量で音楽を流してパーティをしているらしく、その音が聞こえてきてほとんど眠れませんでした。重低音がノイズキャンセリングも貫通してきてました。安く泊まれるからといって汚いのとうるさいのは問題だと思います。」
