"Staff was very helpful during check-in,especially since we needed to use a kiosk. Staff also helped us order taxis. Room was pretty good size for Japan properties. There was no closet but there were hooks and hangers available.
I don't like the maids to come in daily so it was good that we could exchange towels by placing a basket with the towels in the morning. Upon our return from outings, the basket would be filled with clean towels, wrapped in a plastic bag."
