"No lift but we stayed on 4th floor.
One night it ran out of hot water in a sudden, and nothing they could do about it, just told us to wait till the next day.
Other then the issues above, other things are ok. The room is not big but it's reasonable for 2 people. Not recommend for families, but ok for single traveler or couple. "

"Loved the location. Check in was a bit challenging at first as it was all completed on an iPad but once in, everything else was smooth.
