"春休みに2家族(大人６人)とトイプードルで2泊3日お世話になりました。リノベーションされ、家具などもとてもおしゃれなお宿でした。各所にアロマスティックが置いてあり、とってもいい香りがします。グッズは揃っている方かと思いますが、ホテルによくあるようなアメニティ(歯磨きセット等)とお箸とパジャマはありません。タオルは1人1セット(バスタオルとフェイスタオル)用意がありました。連泊なので洗濯乾燥機を使わせてもらいました。とても助かりました。お風呂は6人だと時間がかかるので、2人はワンコとお留守番で、4人は車で銭湯に行きました。 BBQ(事前予約)は屋根がないので雨が心配でしたが、曇り空の下で楽しめました！お庭もおしゃれですね！惜しいなと感じたのは、ドレッサーに照明がないので、お化粧はスマホのライトを使いました。ドレッサーには照明欲しいかな。なかなか犬と一緒に大人数で泊まれる宿が見つからない中、今回宿泊できてとても助かりました。またお世話になりたいと思います！"

The property photos — many items shown are old, broken, or completely unusable. There was no outdoor lighting, and the glasses were dusty and poorly maintained. "大井川鉄道にトーマスを見にいくために、ご近所の友達家族と宿泊しました。 2歳の子供が2人いましたが、ずっと大興奮でした。ホテルでは小さい子供がいるため、いつも大きな音・声を出さないかヒヤヒヤしています。今回はそんな心配もなく、2人共すごく伸び伸びと遊んでいました！家の中はとても綺麗にされており、アメニティ類も充実していました。　寝室も3部屋あるので充分です。ホストの方も返信が早く、こちらの疑問にすぐに回答してくれます。注意点　 ①家の周辺の道が狭いです　 ②階段が少し急なため、子供は注意が必要。(ご高齢の方も少し大変) 仕事がなければ、もう2泊ぐらいしたかったと思うほど、満足度が高かったです。今回民泊を初めて利用しましたが、今後も民泊で探したいと思いました。金額も非常に安くオススメです！"

"A wonderful ryokan with a lovely staff, who also speak good English. We were courteously picked up from Yaizu station and then dropped off when we checked out as well. The room is very large, bed comfortable, and filled with modern amenities. Even the temperature of our private onsen can be adjusted down to 39C (which I preferred). The meals were elaborate and delicious, served in a very tranquil and comfortable setting. I would definitely return in the future. I especially recommend this hotel to solo travelers, as this one of the very few higher end, full service ryokans with a private onsen that accepts lone guests."
