Vacation Villa 'Casa Saidera ' with Private Pool, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

Located in Playa Blanca, the villa 'Casa Saidera' has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms all with en suite shower rooms and each with a luxury brand super king size bed, and can accommodate 6 people. The villa features Wi-Fi, a TV, air conditioning as well as a washing machine. Children are allowed and a baby cot and a high chair are also available.

The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with a pool (heated only from 1 October to 30 April), a covered terrace and a balcony.

Renting a car is not necessary since the villa is only a 15-minute walk from the restaurants and shops at Marina Rubicon.

A parking space is available on the property and free parking is available on the street.

Pets are not allowed.

There are security cameras by the front door and the entrance to the annex, which are connected to an alarm - the alarm can be turned off.

Parties are strictly forbidden.
