De locatie is geweldig! Loop afstand op alles wat gezellig en leuk is!De slaapkamer beneden was geen optie voor ons, dus we zijn met bedden gaan slepen.Een grote parasol voor de ontbijthoek.De keuken is zeer praktisch en compleet.Het alarm is heel handig en zeer gebruiksvriendelijk.

Just returned from an absolutely fantastic family holiday in this villa.This literally catered for your every need.A lovely welcome pack on arrival which was very much appreciated.Every bedroom was so comfortable with air con in each, an en-suite in 3 and a bathroom next to the fourth so everybody had their own privacy.The beds were exceptionally comfortable and we slept like babies every night.The basement was excellent for two teenage boys a real bachelor pad with their own bedroom, bathroom, sitting room with a pool table and football table.The villa was so spacious which meant everyone had their own space.The cleanliness was exceptional and everywhere was well appointed to cater for your every need.Outside the pool was fantastic, it was so peaceful a true relaxing space.We made good use of the outdoor barbecue for both lunch and dinner.The location could not have been better.1 minute from the promenade, 5 minute walk to the marina and around 45 minutes walk into plays blanca town. If you don’t fancy the walk it was around 4 euros for a taxi.We had a couple of issues whilst there and I cannot fault the owner who sorted these exceptionally promptly.The communication with the host was also excellent.We would not hesitate to stay here again, one of the best holidays we have had as a family.WELL DONE!!!!

Ideal location for marina

Large, spacious villa in a great location just off the coastal path. Easy to walk to marina. Could do with updating (some of the outdoor furniture, towels and the pool table in particular). Some of the doors and locks were difficult to open and close especially on to the upstairs balcony. Outside space is nice, although there was building work in a couple of the surrounding villas which was very noisy (obviously not the fault of the owner and cant be helped). Communication from owner was good.

Great Villa

A big villa with lots of space in a great location. Split over 3 floors there is lots of space for everyone to get together or have space to themselves. Very close to the lovely restaurants and shops in the marina.

Fabulous location

Annual Lanza Holiday

Although we’ve been coming to lanzarote for 26 years it’s the first time we’ve stayed here. It’s by far the best villa we’ve had and will hopefully return!

Just perfect!

Perfect villa in the perfect location! Wonderful welcome pack when we arrived. Great facilities over 3 floors, which was perfect as we had multiple families and friends. We never felt like we were on top of each other. Quiet location and only 10 min stroll to the restaurants and shops. Fab time and would highly recommend

Excellent villa

We’ve been to many villa’s in playa Blanca over a number of years and this one is fabulous for a big party. Communication with Eileen was brilliant. Thanks Eileen. Only one minor criticism is that the fence above the wall should be extended between the villa and no 1 villa to give more privacy

Surpassed Expectations!

From booking to our departure communication with Eileen was both helpful and Speedy. The villa itself enjoys a beautiful position with sea views. Inside the villa has plenty of space for all with everything you need and more. The welcome pack was very generous, including cleaning and hygiene products that i’m my experience are not usually provided. We have stayed in many villas over the years and would all rate this as one of our favourites. Hope to return in the future.

Fabulous Villa in super location

As a family of eight ( 6 Adults & 2 Children ) we had a wonderful holiday in the Villa, in a quiet location but only a 5 minute stroll to Marina Rubicon with lots of lovely restaurants and shops. A further 20 minute walk will take you into the main centre of Playa Blanca. There is everything in the villa you would possibly need to enjoy your holiday plus Eileen left a super welcoming pack which helped immensely as we arrived later in the evening. The villa is set out extremely well on three floors which we found worked extremely well as we all had our own space to relax. Eileen the host was lovely - she was always quick to answer any queries before and during the holiday and I look forward to returning in the future. I would have no hesitation in recommending this wonderful villa to friends and family !
