Casa Luna, a beautiful 3-bedroom villa located in the Playa Blanca urbanisation. Semi-detached villa with partial sea view from its terrace. Outside it features a heated enclosed swimming pool (seasonal), a covered terrace with table and chairs, and a solarium, plus a brick-built barbecue. Inside there is a tastefully decorated lounge/dining room, an open-plan kitchen with a breakfast bar. Equipped with all appliances. The lounge has comfortable sofas, Smart TV, wifi, and a table with chairs for six diners. One double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower. In addition to two other double bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with two single beds, which share a bathroom with shower. All bedrooms have air conditioning. Separate utility room with washing machine.

For groups composed of guests between 18 and 26 years old, a refundable security deposit of €150 per person is required. During local holiday periods, the refundable security deposit will be €300 per person.



The deposit must be paid by credit or debit card before arrival. It will be refunded after check-out, once the accommodation has been inspected, provided that no damage has occurred and the house rules have been respected.
