"Dit is een zakenhotel waar ik vaker ben geweest. Dit keer had ik een zogenaamde Zen-kamer. De kamers zijn rustig, hebben een groot comfort en zijn goed schoon. Internet heeft ook een prima snelheid. Opvallend is de snelheid waarmee het vriendelijke personeel je helpt. Echt niets op aan te merken. Het ontbijtbuffet heeft een enorm brede keuze. Veel meer dan het gemiddelde hotel. De prijs van dit hotel is ook allezins redelijk. Ik zal er graag weer terugkomen."

"Suzhou보다는 kunshan에 가까운 luzi에 위치한 호텔로, 중국어가 안되는 분은 숙박시 의사소통에 어려움 예상됩니다 영어하는 직원이 많지않고 organizing이 그다지 좋아 보이지 않았습니다"

" I was staying with you last week and an object, an orange bag, disappeared from my room. I contacted the manager, and he didn't resolve it. As I had a flight, I needed to leave the hotel and they told me they would get in touch. What did not happen. How can we proceed with this? They were important objects and documents"

"I went for the F1 Event. Hotel is 3 stations (stops) always for Shanghai Circuit and approx a 10 min walk from Anting Station. There is heaps of food options and shops nearby (at Anting Stn). spacious hotel rooms and comfortable. Staff are very friendly and helpful "

"Thermostats didn’t work. Room temperature reached to 28C. Front desk suggest to provide a fan - I was shocked to hear that. Upon refusing the fan option, changed my room. New room - window wouldn’t close so you can count how many cars passed by. In the morning AC automatically changed to heater and I woke up due to hot room. Old and hard to operate thermostat. Room size although they call it king size bad room was terrible. No sitting spot to sit and put your shoes on. Breakfast is below...

"This hotel is listed at 6.2km from Shanghai international race track but is in fact 21.5km. Do not book this if travelling for F1 as the listing is not accurate! Overall ok facility just not where listed"
