But a lot of things didn’t work when I arrive, the wifi didn’t work, no TV signal, the stove top didn’t work, the microwave didn’t work. The staff did respond quickly to come fix things. "This property is like visiting a postcard in real life super lovely staff, amazing wildlife, and a great location! They will try to pitch you on becoming a "member". The international buffet was okay but the restaurants when we could get reservations were delicious. Highly recommend getting the extra xcrate add-on and visiting the park and seeing the show. Overall a dream vacation."

"My room was beautiful and it was above a Jamaican restaurant where they were playing good music and partying in the streets. I could look over my balcony and see it. Some nights I join in the partying in the street. The only complaint I have is the water in the shower was luke warm. I couldn’t get a hot shower but otherwise It a beautiful and clean hotel. The beach was a 5min walk from the hotel and they have two other properties I visited. They were amazing as well and those property were on the beach. You can actually walk 15 minutes to their CoCo Beach Resort. The staff were so amazing, courteous, and welcoming there too. I would recommend this property and visit this property again."
