Overall it was great just some things need some TLC . The showers draining was iffy . Had to stand in a puddle while showering . The refrigerator that was in the room did not work . Drinks were hot . Uber is not allowed to go in for pick up only drop off . WiFi is slow . The pillows were not washed smelled like sweat .

It was great value. Clean and convenient. Food was delicious . People were friendly. A/C didn’t work well in one bedroom and we couldn’t get TV’s to connect to any streaming service and could not cast.

The waiters, hostes's,bartenders were really nice and their service to us was perfect. Hotel was clean. Disappointed with the beach most days covered with seaweed & it wasn't raked very often. Pools clean. If you are looking to enjoy your food while there you might be disappointed. Buffet was not very
