「Arrived late at night and had trouble finding a car park space. Access around the building is one way but to exit you have to go through a locked gate and you need a code - as a guest who has just arrived you don't have this info. I called the hotel 3 times whilst stuck at the gate and no one answered. Luckily a guest walked past and gave me the code. Went around again but this time went in the multistorey up a level. 「The property wasn’t ready when we arrived for 3pm, eventually ready at 5pm. When we arrived the fridge was not turned on so we could not refrigerate anything for several hours, the doors were left closed so when opened the fridge smelled awful & very unhygienic. Cutlery & utensils were rusty & in very poor condition. 「空港から徒歩3分程度の距離にあります。 部屋が大変綺麗でした。 ケトルとコーヒーメーカーが備え付けてあります。コーヒーや紅茶が置いてありました。 ドライヤーと衣類スチーマーもありました。 冷蔵庫はありません。 シャワールームも十分な広さと綺麗さでした。備え付けのシャンプー類がありましたが使用していないのでどんなものかはわかりません。 USBポート（typeA,typeC）が部屋の至るところにありました。変換アダプタを忘れても大丈夫です！ 飛行機が飛ばなくなったので急遽もう一泊することになったのですが、快く対応してくださりました。部屋のブッキングはエクスペディアからしてほしいと言われましたが、予約後は、同じ部屋を手配してくれました。」

「とても便利な場所にあり、スタッフの方も感じがよかったです。内装はとてもポップな感じでした。シャワールームのつくりにちょっと難がありますが、清潔なので十分は許容範囲です。」

「ターミナル２から駐車場を抜けて、道路を渡ってすぐでした。ホリデーインの後ろにあります。アクセスは抜群です。朝食も無料にしては豊富な品揃えでした。スタッフも感じは良かったです。ドライヤーは部屋にはなく、フロントで無料貸し出しです。部屋が大変狭いので２人でスーツケース４つあったのはスペース的には大変でした。」

「浴室のフロアの白い部分に髪の毛が何本か残ったままの状態だった。 利用した720号室は暖房が全く効かず、風量や温度をMax(30℃)にしても普通の風が出るだけでその風は少しも温かくなく、かえって体が冷えて逆効果だった。既に荷解きしていたため部屋を変えてもらうのは億劫だったので厚着して我慢した。寝る時は携帯カイロを湯たんぽ代わりにして温めた。 一週間の滞在で二度ハウスキーピングをしてもらったが、タオル交換とゴミ捨てとベッドメイキングのみで掃除はされず。せめてカップは新しいものに交換して欲しかった。 自分の行動に立地が最適なので、またすぐに利用する予定があるが、次回は暖房の効く部屋になることを強く望む。」

「The room i had booked wss not ready at the dtated 3pm. We were in hurry so said we would take a different one. The check-in was otherwise easy. Our room was modern with a king size bed, a small seating area, a fridge ironing board and tea tray. The bathroom had a big shower and was pristine. 」

「Easy to access to/from Manchester airport. I spend 2 nights arrived and depart day. Room was super clean, staff are so polite and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel to spend the night before early departure day. Executive lounge is so useful to nibble some snacks at night time, also morning time, you can have some fruit and croissant. That was awesome. My kids love it.」

「We didnt see any shops, my only reason for one low score, is that we were in room 7 on Friday 20th March. When we went to the room the smell of Fresh paint was very strong. The young lady on reception moved us to another room. Which was perfect. 」
