Living room with a corner sofa (convertible to a double sofa bed), infrared headphones for the TV, a small table, and a dining area. Sleeping area with a double bed (1.40 x 2 m). The bedroom is open to the hallway. Separate kitchenette. Bathroom with shower and toilet.

Covered bicycle parking is available at the building. The apartment has been completely renovated and furnished with great attention to detail. A washing machine, ironing board, and iron are available free of charge in the separate laundry room in the basement.

Parking is not available. Covered bicycle racks are located in the courtyard. Driving into the pedestrian zone is permitted for loading and unloading. Internet access is only available via LAN cable.
