The location right alongside the Bighorn River was absolutely beautiful. However, the hotel is an historic update, and although my room was adequate, the lighting was not very good, the door was extremely squeaky, and the window curtain didn't work correctly. But, nevertheless, I recommend it.

The shower had dirty washcloth left in it, and a dirty towel left on the floor, and the conditioner dispenser didn't work. There was mold or something growing on the ceiling in the shower and a broken tile on the floor. The air condtioner was also loud and woke me up all night turning off and on. I thought about turning it off and opening a window, but the screen was torn and i didn't want to let it a bunch of bugs.

Location is very nice. Walking distance to the hot springs. Beautiful grounds. Staff is very helpful.

Eine Zumutung Pool ausser Betrieb, Klimaanlage defekt, Eismaschine kaputt, Vorhänge heruntergerissen. Zimmer dreckig, Haare in der Dusche, Boden schmutzig, Zahnzwischenraumbürste neben dem Bett. Reklamation Fehlanzeige. Ich sollte mal erst erklären worüber ich mich aufrege. Dusche wurde erst 1 Tag später gereinigt - nach der dritten Beschwerde. Vielen Dank

It was unique. However, not updated or with modern amenities. No elevators or access for handicapped. I have a torn meniscus and bone fragments in my knee. Our reservation was for a first floor room but we were put on the second floor. Stairs only. Ice machine out of order. No centra air. A unit with a pipe going out an open window. It stopped working off and on all night. After trial and error it needed to be shaken very hard several times before it would start working again. No one explained what to do when it stopped working. There was a thermostat and vents but not working or not being used. The smell from the hot spring hot tub was very strong and not great if you have migraines. Also not mentioned on the site where we booked the reservation. Not trying to be difficult but these are things a person should know before booking a room. We could have looked elsewhere but expected Best Western standards not small local unkept hotel experience. We could have booked that and supported a local hotel if there were no other options.

Historic building with its own hot-spring-fed outdoor hot tub with enough room for many -- and right near it, a normal outdoor pool for a cool plunge. The hotel is literally inside the Park. The breakfast bar is ample & fresh. The beds were clean & comfortable. The hotel is well maintained & the staff peasant & knowledgeable. Would definitely stay again!

Best Western is in above old building facing a park and steps away from the Hot Springs which most people come to Thermopolis to enjoy. Even better, it has a private spa with the volcanic water so if you don’t want to go to the public facilities you still can benefit from the healing waters.

Thr building is historic and the rooms have the vintage vibe. Looks recently renovated with unique fixtures. The only minor thing that didn't look right is a portable AC in the room, but was olay since the building is historic.

This hotel is in a unique beautiful setting surrounded by lawn. Our room (a suite) was so cozy and spacious- we felt like we were in someone’s home.

Great property overall. It’s an old but renovated building so there are bound to be some small problems. I rented 2 rooms - one the bathroom sink was very very slow draining. In the other, the shower water pressure was very poor.

We were there 3rd July and left on 6th July. During this time no air conditioning in room. Last day got moved to other room with a air-conditioned unit though faulted out early that morning. In addition original room the water pressure was poor and no decent shower. Overall experience not good.

I did not get a receipt from the property or Expedia for my stay. I needed that for work purposes. There was no water when I arrived was told my room not affected. Wrong the water was brown every time I turned it on. The room was hot and the no chair to sit on, forced to sit only on a bed. Hard to do paper work on a slightly sunken mattress or have to stand to do it . The window air conditioner was bloody loud and didn’t work to help cool the room. Old building really should let people

The room was clean, big, spacious and a great fit for our family. We arrived a few hours early and stopped by the front desk to see if we could check in early. We know that this is not always available, but there was no staff behind the desk when we arrived, just 3 people in the corner sitting at a table. After being asked by them what I was there for, i stated that I was hoping to check in early. The person in the corner at the table was extremely rude and snarky and stated that check in was not until 3. I am completely aware, but just wanted to check as we were there. Come to find out this same person was actually working the desk the morning of our check out and wasn't much friendlier.

The property is an old building from 1917, which means needs some work specially in the pool area. Keep it clean and less stuff around the pool. The hot spring hot-tub was nice ! It feels good in my old bones, specially after driving for long time. I like the bed and pillows but it wasn’t my husband’s favorite. He thinks the bed was too small! Breakfast was good! And the stuff was nice!
