「Brand new lodge. Immaculate Clean,quite site Easy key acess Great location not far from Woolacombe, The harbour/ beach in Ilfracombe.Had a great stay 」

「Nice well equipped property with the facilities needed to use it as a base to explore the area and have day trips out from. Good communication from a nice host with suggestions to visit the area and a nice welcome pack which was a nice touch. Property has a freezer which isn't listed (but no ice maker which is listed), a good selection of games and DVDs for the TV in the 2nd bedroom. Good facilities at the site although no facility to pre-book general swimming sessions so might be worth going...

「We stayed for a couple of nights to join some friends on holiday at the park. The chalet was clean and tidy and just big enough for the four of us plus dog. Appreciated the tea and coffee and some milk being left, and things like a cafetière and hair dryer available. Thanks for having us.」

「Wonderful property with fabulous views overlooking the sea and coastal walks. Many thanks Johnny we really enjoyed meeting you and we’re amazed you had built it yourself. Really enjoyed the hot tub in all types of weather. Kitchen well equipped and the shower larger than the photos suggest. Enjoyed walk down to beach and cafe for Sri Lanka takeaway curry. Also Mortehoe Fish and Chip shop a must. 」

「Perfect little chalet. Only 2 of us but room for 3 more. Lovely welcome parcel of yummy goodies. It was easy to message owner and with somewhere to eat on site (plus other amenities) it was perfect. 」

「Great location. Chalet was clean and tidy and was a good base for us to explore the local beaches. We have stayed on the same holiday park several times. This was definitely the best chalet we have stayed in. We would love to come back!」

「Excellent week away. The chalet was great and in a good location including the site it was on. The host was great, and also included some nice touches like treats for when we arrived and balloons for the kids. Highly recommend and will definitely bool again. 」

「We had the best time here, the location is perfect to explore Croyde, Saunton Sands and Woolacombe. The Rafters Lodge, had everything you need for a relaxing weekend away. Great hot tub too!」

「We had a great weeks stay at the Thistledown lodge. The property was very clean and perfect for our arrival. The instructions/directions were clear and made for easy arrival. The lodge was perfect for us and our dog. The lodge had everything we required for a great stay. The hot tub was perfect as well, while the dog enjoyed her time in the garden (which was fully secure for her to roam about freely) The lodges location was a short walk to two great local pubs, which both served great food....
