「It was good the customer service was great but the first night we didn’t have WiFi and we didn’t have a working fridge and the guy working that night didn’t know anything but the manager was super great and accommodating and I would stay there many many times just for that reason alone! 」
「The front desk attendant was very helpful and nice. Very warm personality. The room fits the name of the hotel: Quality and lots of it. Its location was also perfection with several restaurants, shops, and gas stations less than a mile away from the hotel.」
「2:00 in the morning random neighbor rooms started fighting amongst one another and did not stop yelling and fighting until about 5:00 in the morning. I couldn't be more dissatisfied.. I barely slept I feel like crap now and haven't been able to catch up on sleep」
「I reserved the perfect room because of special guests that had disabilities. The parking was the best. Reserved handicap sign on the ground for parking at the door for easy access to the room. 「I liked how accesible is to the main streets. The staff wasn't too kind. I ask for an additional key card and they ask me for all the ID's of my group in order to bring it, that felt rude. I ask for additional pillow and blankets and they didn't bring them. However, I got later than expected in the evening (office is closed after 6pm) and they had someone that gave me the key to get to the room.」
