「The property is located in a sketchy area of town. When entering/exiting we often found that there were people hanging around on the sidewalk or just waiting in cars near the building. Thankfully, we had no issues with any of them, but it was a bit concerning. The building itself doesn't have great curb appeal and is clearly quite old. He apologized, and we couldn’t have been happier with the amazing views and the historic property itself. 「Really fun place to stay. Gave us a nice taste of old Detroit. Owners have done a great job with the MoTown theme throughout the house, we used all of the juke boxes. Took a Uber to Tiger game and spent both evenings hanging at house. Used porches in morning and evenings. Location is very convenient for exploring Detroit. Highly recommend this place!」

The location is excellent for any/all downtown activities and there's plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance. Our host was extremely responsive and provided very clear communication. The interior was beautiful and well equipped. Highly recommended, will stay here again!」
