"Poor customer service. I had requested for the room to be cleaned and it was not. Also, the first night we stayed, we wanted to enjoy the bar and have some drinks, but the bar tender was awful rude that we decided just pay for the drink in which it was not good, and left. The hotel was nice but they need to improve the client service. "

"The hot tub was broken and was cold. We had booked specifically to have a pool and hot tub. Then about 6-7 little children and played and screamed in the cold hot tub. There were teenagers sitting in chairs talkng and they let in some fully dressed guy from outside. We did about 3 laps went to get towels which there were none and all 3 of us left. Also, your beds are made for 6 foot tall men. We are average height women and I had to leap onto the bed and I am 70 years old. In the middle of the night I got up to go to the restroom and fell off the bed and caught myself in time so I didn't fall on my face. Next you time you change the type of beds you buy. Think about seniors, elderly and women of average height."

"The photos on the site made it seem that the rooms and the property is very clean, it was not. The room had a very weird odor, the curtains had burn holes on them, the bathroom had hair everywhere, they did not have a heater in the room only an AC vent, the staff was pretty nice and friendly. There was a lot of homeless people hanging around outside in the halls, it made it very uncomfortable for us to stay there. NEVER AGAIN. "
