We had dinner in the main house and the service was excellent and the food really good. The presentation of the seafood risotto could have been better but the taste was still good. The

bass was however well presented and was tasty. Just to top off the service, I forget my trainers and they are sending them back to me by post. "

"The property is in a beautiful location, with plenty of space, natural light and fantastic views over the estuary. Kitchen is fairly well equipped but some of the crockery, glasses and utensils needed washing before use. General cleanliness wasn't great but the bed linen was clean and seating was comfortable. Large lounge diner was good for family use. This is a great place to escape to enjoy wildlife and botany."

"Lovely house in a lovely location but we had a few issues. The property details said there was a barbecue which had planned to use. There was no barbecue! Instead we had to use the ovens in the kitchen. Both ovens were very dirty one of them filled the kitchen with acrid smoke as soon as we turned it on . It was such a shame because the standards of cleanliness elsewhere in the property were very high. With a barbecue and a clean oven this would have been a pretty much perfect house."

"Super location, for peace and stunning views. Near to a good pub and a few cafes, though happiest place just sitting on the balcony, while kids played down below on the shore. Very relaxing !"
