「ダラム駅から比較的アクセスが良く、川沿いの分かりやすい所にある。シティセンターにも少し足を伸ばせばほどよい距離だった。ホテルの外観も素敵で、ロビーも広く明るく待合いのソファも多く、早く到着したがゆったり待つことができた。部屋の内装も良く、足が伸ばせるバスタブがありリラックスできた。朝食もゆったりできた。残念だったのは、私が泊まった部屋の窓から見える景色が良くなかったこと。またホテル内にエステ店があるが予約がいっぱいでできなかったことが残念。でも全体的にはとても良いホテルだと思う。 」

「The staff made our experience fabulous. Everyone we met was helpful, friendly and accommodating. I am disabled and needed to use a mobility scooter to get around, nothing was too much bother. The first room was difficult to access for me, we informed reception and were seamlessly and quickly moved to another room.
