The castle was so big that I got lost several times, but the staff kindly helped me each time. Not so sure was that a right decision, Building is beautiful and amazing gland entrance and big room, however, the service is not that good. Bistro is full of student part timers, not many choice for break fast, a bit shaby as high grade hotel. My sister who does not live in UK did not have the idea of having a cold croissant for breakfast put it to toaster which...
