The vaulted ceilings enhance the feeling of spaciousness in the primary living area, while the stunning views of Winter Park Resort add an attractive feature to this vacation rental. The large dining room provides ample seating for meals, and the main living area of the condominium includes a gas fireplace, creating a warm atmosphere that encourages relaxation after an active day at Winter Park Resort or in the nearby town. Furthermore, a private deck offers an additional space for unwinding and enjoying the surroundings; located on the third floor, it guarantees peace with no occupants above to disturb the tranquility. Please be aware that air conditioning is not available.
The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, generous space, a flat-screen TV, and a modern bathroom that showcases granite countertops, new cabinetry, and updated flooring. The second bedroom also offers a queen-sized bed and a private bathroom, which has been similarly updated with granite countertops, new cabinetry, and flooring.
Building 20 is located at the upper end of the 15 to 20 cul-de-sac on the property, within a short walking distance to the Clubhouse and just a few steps from the complimentary town shuttle stop.
The Clubhouse offers a range of amenities such as heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with a fireplace, flat screen TV and complimentary Wi-Fi access. Additionally, guests have the option to rent the meeting room and self-catering kitchen area for a fee.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a 200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.
