「We had a wonderful stay at Nick’s condo in Grand Lake. The condo was very clean and well equipped to allow us a worry free stay. The bed was comfortable and it was nice having a washer and dryer available to use. We loved the location as it was within walking distance to great food and cute shops in downtown Grand Lake. It is also close to RMNP entrance and Adam’s Falls for hiking and adventure. We highly recommend and will definitely be back. 」

「We had a great stay! Property was very clean and we enjoyed the amenities provided that you often do not see in VRBO properties (Nespresso machine, hand lotion, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, robes). Bed was very comfortable. The property is in close proximity to a lot of restaurants and of course, ski slopes. If you love coffee, be sure to check out Moon Frog too!」

「Well laid out micro lodging. Was only there overnight, but had everything we needed. Water pressure was great and the hot water came right on - fed by a full sized hot water heater. We didn’t need the washer/dryer, but it was nice to know it was available if needed. 」
