「What a sweet spot! Beautiful scenery and place to stay. Very clean and lots of cozy details from super soft floor mats to extra hot tub towels. We stayed one nightand got cinnamon rolls which were good. Dale was very responsive and helpful. There were hummingbirds buzzing, wildflowers, quiet cool mountain air. I left feeling refreshed! Look in the brown book for check out details (we failed to do so and Dale was gratuitous when we told her as we left that we didn’t see check out information.)」

「This place is a hidden gem just far enough away from the hustle and bustle , yet close to hiking fishing etc. Great for 2 prople and a dog. Saw 2 Moose whilke here one had her baby with her. Remember to leash yor dogs. Thanks again」

「Our stay was great. I did message host on last day as I had trouble with the pull out couch and injured myself, and got no response as of yet. It is a large property with I assume many amenities, which we did not use. Perhaps as it is not the busy season they are not as prompt with reply's. Just there for a long weekend visiting our daughter.」

「Everything was PERFECT!!」

「The place was excellent! It was exactly as described. It had all that you needed to cook breakfast, have some coffee and all other essentials to make it a very comfortable stay! The host was very effective and clear with all communication making the stay stress free. Would highly recommend!」

「Condo was nice, clean and simple. Good for a ski in/out on a family friendly easy ski area. Note jacuzzi in main image picture is not in unit and is in common area.」

「This entire complex is very old and tired looking from the outside. Built in the 70s, it could use some TLC for the buildings and landscaping to improve the grounds. The clubhouse is small for the number of units it serves. This particular unit was comfortable on the inside except for the heat. Even at 8500 feet, it gets warm during the day in the summer. This unit has limited ventilation to let in cooler evening air. Since it is on the first floor, it doesn't make sense to keep the screen...

「A comfortable and clean condo. The room air conditioner was appreciated for nighttime sleeping. We enjoyed the Bistro bar and restaurant. A lot of time was spent outdoors on the patio and by the firepit. A calm and relaxing stay. Beautiful Mountain View’s and a lot of wildlife sightings.」

「Wonderful location - just outside RMNP. Beautiful views from the deck. Plenty of space for 3 of us. Well-stocked kitchen. Responsive host.」

「Great little studio for a get away. Convenient to the slopes and the shared hot tub was nice after a day of skiing.」
