「This 1 bedroom apartment is part of a multi-lodge set-up. Kinda like staying at motel where everyone accesses their room from the outside of the building. Great set-up, living room, kitchenette, bathroom, bedroom. Was a great spot to relax between summer outings. We hiked a couple of different trails, then found respite at our rental. We used the club house to clean clothes, enjoy the hot tub, pool, and large TV for watching a world cup game. The club house vibe is similar to a hostel,...

「Loved the condo! It was perfect for what I needed which was a space for me to visit my daughter and have her stay with me. Girl time! The location was close to everything and short distance to the resort. I love that the trail is right there and so is Safeway. We stayed the year before in Winter Park but it was dark and not as spacious. This was bright and cheery! Thanks!」

「The property is dated, especially with the furniture. Some repairs are needed in the bathroom area. It was within easy walking distance of town. The balcony is a great place for early-morning coffee and all meals fixed in the condo. Very quiet. Plenty of parking spaces close to the condo entrance. No Wi-Fi connection available. We tried every day for a week.」

「This entire complex is very old and tired looking from the outside. Built in the 70s, it could use some TLC for the buildings and landscaping to improve the grounds. The clubhouse is small for the number of units it serves. This particular unit was comfortable on the inside except for the heat. Even at 8500 feet, it gets warm during the day in the summer. This unit has limited ventilation to let in cooler evening air. Since it is on the first floor, it doesn't make sense to keep the screen...

「The location was amazing! Super convenient for the slopes. The kitchen was stocked well enough for the simple meals we intended to cook while there. Unfortunately the washer/dryer was broken for the duration of our stay. There was another community laundry room on the property but it required you check on your laundry every 35 minutes. My family had a great vacation and really enjoyed staying here.」
