The dining area comfortably seats up to six guests and is conveniently located next to the fully equipped kitchen, which includes cookware, dishes, utensils, and modern appliances. For those in search of peace during their vacation, this unit is an excellent option. Located on the top floor and as an end unit, it provides a level of separation from neighboring units, ensuring a serene retreat. The primary bedroom features a queen mattress made of memory foam, a flat-screen TV with a DVD player, and an adjoining full bathroom. Families traveling with young children can utilize the sofa sleeper available in the living room. Building 19 is positioned within the 15 to 20 cul-de-sac, just a short walk from the Clubhouse, and includes a nearby free town shuttle stop. The Clubhouse offers a range of amenities such as heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with a fireplace, flat screen TV and complimentary Wi-Fi access. Additionally, guests have the option to rent the meeting room and self-catering kitchen area for a fee. Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association.
