"The house was not in a good neighborhood. Major issues: Chained dog barked all night, the washing machine didn’t work, had to call to find the linens which were stored in a file cabinet in a bedroom, showed up during check in time and cleaning staff was still there, hardly any dishes on site so forget about cooking a meal there. Place was a disappointment at best, especially for the overall cost."

I spent more of my time sitting on the porch, than inside. The property is rural, but doesn't feel completely disconnected. Close to 2 great hiking parks. Laurel was attentive and had the place stocked with the necessities and then some."

"The house is beautiful and it is in a great neighborhood and it was close to the Benton! We were in town for a conference so that was convenient! I will say a few things could have been prepared/stocked a little better. There was no bed sheets for two of the beds (or not that we found anywhere,) there was very very little toilet paper. Our group had to go buy more and there was no hand soap in one of the bathrooms and there was not any coffee provided (this one is minor but always a nice touch...

"Beautiful house and scenery. Very relaxing and peaceful. House has all the amenities needed. Wonderful host and very accommodating. I am a frequent traveler, and this is the cleanest place I’ve stayed. Hopefully I will have the opportunity to visit again."

The clear night sky was spectacular, and the view of Cook's Wall was beautiful. This is a place you will wish you could stay longer!!"

"My husband had a conference nearby so we booked a stay at this lovely home. It had everything we needed and located in a quiet neighborhood, yet still fairly convenient to restaurants. We also had our dog with us so loved the fenced in backyard."

My boyfriend loved the huge TV for gaming and watching movies and the house was so nicely appointed. Claire was so responsive to our questions, the house was spotless, decor fabulous! Plus the BBQ place around the corner was a bonus when we did not feel like cooking!! "We enjoyed our stay. The location is very convenient for quick runs to the stores for whatever you might need. There is traffic noise from the highway but it wasn’t a problem for us. We use a white noise app on our phones while sleeping, that may have helped mitigate the noise. Beautiful neighborhood to walk. Super comfortable home with everything you need."

"Absolutely as advertised and the most attentive hosts imaginable. The home is beautiful, set on a quiet street, in a great neighborhood, and is just a very short distance from anything you could ever need (grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants, etc.). Ideal layout for a great gathering with plenty of space inside and room to run in a huge outdoor yard. This home definitely checked every box for our needs and made for a perfect experience. Would highly recommend!"

"This was a very clean house, a ton of extras for our furry friends and owners. She has a crate, baby gates to block them off, blankets to cover furniture and beds, and food and treats with bowls for both kinds of pets. There is a huge backyard fenced in, treats for dogs and cats. She has leashes, dog bags for pick up.
