「We arrived at 3:30 and there was a long line of people waiting to check in and no-one at the front desk. Took us 30 minutes to get to the front of the line to then be told that our room was not ready and that the front desk person has been stripping rooms to get them ready. Had to wait another 20 minutes to get in. Instead of switching up rooms to get people into their rooms - they kept people in their original rooms (standard room). Didn’t make sense. Very frustrating when we are visiting...

「Very expensive, and price was only jacked up because of an event happening, unacceptable!!! Also room booking was requested to be close to others and put way far apart, very frustrating. The price of breakfast and supper is beyond for the buffet, specially with mid level food options.」

「I booked a room with airport pickup for my daughter who arrived late at night. She was very happy with the clean room and the friendly staff. She also felt safe with the pickup by a female staff member. The only downside was that breakfast wasn't available. Communication with the hotel was great-they always responded quickly. Thank you so much. We would gladly stay here again.」

「Rooms were standard but looked like they were recently redone. They were very clean beds are comfortable the only side note, there weren’t any charge stations on the side table so bring a charger to charge your phone. Otherwise excellent !」

「空港ロビーから徒歩２～３分。　新築なので内装もとても綺麗でおしゃれ。シャワーブースのみでバスタブはありません。　周辺は多少歩いたところにセブンイレブンがある以外なにもありませんが、フロント横にスナックや飲み物の売店もあるので特に不便は感じません。」

「大通りに面しているが、騒音は気にならず、部屋もきれいで問題ないと思う」
