「Very nice room with clean carpet and very professional staff and is located in a very nice area with lots of dining options nearby. Breakfast was also great. Only recommendation is to consider updating your couches especially those that are little dated, I’m sure they will make your guests a little more happier. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will highly recommended this location.」

「一般的なモーテルです。電子レンジと冷蔵庫がついているので、連泊するにはよいかもしれません。財布にやさしい料金設定です。ケントに一番近いエリアにあり、Days Inn、Econolodgeなどがかたまってあります。」

「AMAZING BREAKFAST! THEY HAVE OMLET ON DEMAND. DELICIOUS! Room was clean and great space for big groups. My only complaint and disappointment is that, because we were a big group we did use the sofa bed and it was a big disappointment. The mattress was super thin and it was leaning back, so we had sleep where the feet goes. And this line of hotel I would have expected better quality.」

「大変清潔に保とうと努力されているのはわかりましたが、私が泊まった部屋は大変カビ臭く残念でした。ベッドは新しく快適でした。Walmartが近いのは大変便利で、近くに食事をとる場所も多く問題ありません。Akronにはホテルが少ないため、連泊などしないのであれば、Cleveland等の他の場所のほうが割安なホテルがあるかもしれません。」

「The first room I was allocated had oil stains on the bed sheets. I told the receptionist that and was able to get the room changed.」

「おもてから見るより部屋はずっと広くてきれいでした。値段の割には快適です。宿泊客はトラック運転手などが多く、外でかたまってたばこを吸いながらずっと話をしていました。特に、雰囲気が悪いわけではありません。普通の地元のモーテルというイメージです。道路をはさんで向かい側にガソリンスタンドに併設されているコンビニが2件とメキシコレストランがあり、食べることには困りません。」

「ホテルの利便性、清潔感、居住性どれも良かったと思います。 従業員の対応も良かったのですが、 受付時の対応がもう少し良ければ良かった。」

「I stayed this hotel for a week. I wanted more laundry and drying machines. And putting only quarters for 2 bucks are inconvenient. 」

「Worst experience starting with the room literal burn holes in the blankets, looked like smeared toothpaste on the mirror, the curtain looked like it had been there since that hotel opened. The pillows were as small as a couch pillow and flat as a sheet will never return 」
