"Stressful check in process - you require ID, £60 deposit payable only by cash and need to arrange your check in time in advance. I was told I could only check in after 7pm and when I did check in I had to fill in multiple forms. When I was finally given a key and shown to my room I was told that there’s an alarm which is always on.
