Pros: location close to shopping and dining, close to tube/buses, pristinely clean room, great shower, nice in-room amenities, extremely comfy beds! Double “twin” beds are actually full-size.
Cons: had a rough first few nights due to our room being over the hotel’s loading garage, loud middle of the night noise disrupted our sleep. Staff kindly switched our room which was much quieter. For a 5 star hotel, there should be more consideration around this. We also requested turn down service at check-in but never received it.
Overall, a nice stay with nice staff and would recommend.

Very nice and well managed hotel in a good location.
We booked a double room and were surprised to have a room with a very narrow double bed: too small for 2 people. We had to pay GBP50 per night (a discounted rate we were told) to upgrade to a room with a queen size bed and were not offered a free upgrade.
