Step into Fruit Tramp and be greeted by the warmth of unique art pieces from the owner’s personal collection, creating an inviting and artistic atmosphere. The architectural style, a modern interpretation of the architectural style known as the Texas Dog Trot, harmonizes beautifully with the natural surroundings of the 51-acre wildlife preserve near Jacob’s Well & the Blue Hole.

Indoor Amenities: Relax in the luxuriously appointed King Bed, surrounded by large windows that bathe the space in natural light. The comfortable sitting area is perfect for unwinding, with a streaming TV and high-speed internet to keep you connected. A dedicated workspace provides a quiet spot for any necessary tasks.
The attached bathroom is a sanctuary with a walk-in shower, double sinks, and exquisite hand-made terracotta tile from San Miguel de Allende, Mexico. The kitchenette, adorned with beautiful blue and white tiles from the same artisan source, is equipped with a refrigerator, air fryer, coffee pot, and electric tea kettle, making it easy to prepare light meals and snacks.

Private Outdoor Amenities: Step outside to your covered patio, where rocking chairs and an outdoor dining set await. Enjoy unobstructed views of the serene landscape, and rest assured that your vehicle is safe with covered parking for one car.

* Our private 1.25 acre lake is ready for your 'Rod and Reel' for a guaranteed catch of LM Bass, Striped Bass, Blue Nose, Redear and Tilapia! 'Catch and Release' knowing every fish stays to swim another day!
* No Pets (Farm dogs roam the property)
* Not suitable for children under five
* No campfires during burn bans
