「This appears to be a newer property and overall I had a very pleasant stay. The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The hotel felt fresh and updated, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Everything in the room was in good working order, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. I would definitely stay here again.」

「The breakfast had the usual offerings. The room was clean with LV flooring. Much more sanitary than carpeting. The AC kept us cool. The hallway was quiet. They accept pets which is a big plus for us. We always stay at this hotel when coming to Lubbock.」

「We stayed here for the Texas Tech graduation and it was perfect! Close to the University and lots of good eateries. It was really clean, had a great breakfast and a really helpful and friendly staff. Would highly recommend!」

「The room smelled smoky. The noise was too much at night. Could hear everything, people just walking and speaking normally - not even loudly. The AC was very loud too as it turned off and on. Breakfast was horrible. Hash browns were really underheated. Cold to the touch. Coffee seemed old it had bad taste. The biscuits were tough. Eggs were tasteless. They could have used a little salt or pepper.」

「We walked in and walked right out of our room. Very dirty. Staff was friendly though.」

「Parking lot is lit up like a Friday night lights which is good because the parking lot had some sketchy folks. The hotel did not have drinking water because the vending machine was empty. The shower has no door or curtain so water accumulated on the floor. 」

「No coffee for the in room coffee maker, no ice bucket, no tv controls, and when i did get a controller, the tv didn't work right. I'll never stay here again.」

「This property is a gem for sure. The suite was a good size with separate living, bathroom and bedroom areas. Very nice stay and comfortable bed! There is no on site staff, they text you the room code. That was nice too.」

「Coffee maker didn’t work in rm 229. Refrigerator didn’t work either. Opened the frig to turn it on and it was filthy and looked like an animal turd was in there, smelt horrible as well. But you get what you pay. 」
