「I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was disappointing from start to finish. The staff was friendly, but they were not knowledgeable when we asked basic questions about the hotel, which made it difficult to get the help we needed. The hallways throughout the hotel were extremely hot and uncomfortable, making it feel like the air conditioning wasn’t working properly in the common areas. To make matters worse, the shower curtain in our bathroom was moldy, which is simply unacceptable...

「This place was so cute and had all sorts of things on site including a bar, ice cream, burger food truck stand, pool and walking distance to the downtown area. The rooms were retro but had been recently upgraded and were clean and nice. The only negative I have to say is at check in my staff person was lovely but the other was short and not very nice to other guests. Not sure what was going on.」

「While the room was nicely decorated and clean, we could not get past the smell of an old building. It felt as though the property had been renovated cosmetically without fully addressing the age of the original structure. The doors were difficult to open and close properly, which was frustrating throughout our stay. We could also hear guests dragging suitcases in the early hours of the morning, which made it hard to sleep. The cafeteria service was practically nonexistent. We attempted to order...

「We visited this hotel to enjoy Yellow Stone/Grand Teton NP. The employees were very friendly and kind. Free coffee/tea/hot chocolate are available everytime. They also provided us free handmade chocolate cookies every night with cold milk. Our room was spacious, clean and tidy. Location was also nice; in 5 minutes drive there are many restaurants, dollar-tree, rental car subsidiary. Just awesome. Thank you for you kind staffs and hope to stay there again if have a chance to visit there.」
