「We were on a vacation / road trip , traveling back home to New Jersey from South Florida. We decided to stay a few nights in Wilmington, where I once resided for a few years. 「It was a beautiful place for anytime of the year. Two bedrooms , two bathrooms. TVs in every room . Lovely fireplaces, beautiful dining room set. The kitchen is stocked with coffee, creamers, sugar, spices, and if you have a mind to Cook , it has all the necessary pots, pans, dishes, etc.」

「Dina's place was even better than advertised! We loved the amenities like snacks, a filtered water pitcher, a toaster oven, microwave, and mini fridge for our week-long stay in Wilmington! The place was spotless! Dina was an excellent host who checked in often. The location is great! It is about 12 minutes to Downtown Wilmington, 15 minutes to Wrightsville Beach, and 35 minutes to Carolina Beach. The area has several restaurants and a Lowe's Foods nearby. I highly recommend staying here!」

「A well maintained older home, very clean. We liked that it was close to restaurants, shopping, and the beach. The only downside to our stay , the beds were a bit uncomfortable and the water pressure in the shower was lacking. Nothing we couldn't live with for a week. Would definitely consider this property again.」

「Me and my family really enjoyed staying at this home. I loved the fact that where i have Asthma it was a very short walk to the beachfront. Loved the little pink house just so peaceful and quiet no loud noise and no crazy people lol very family friendly. Loved it .」
