"Tru is a minimalist concept hotel. It would be perfect for a night or Two, but would probably not be as great for a longer stay. The rooms are small and no dresser to store your clothing. The public spaces have amenities that are great: pool table, ping pong, corn hole. Staff were always super kind and conversational."

"Can’t begin to tell you how clean the room and hotel were and the staff was exceptional too. Breakfast was ok for a freebee. Hotel was convenient to go to the Battleship North Carolina and the Riverwalk was just a 15 minute drive. Costco was right next door so we topped off the tank and picked up some necessities."
