「The place was clean, cozy, and there was an excellent restaurant right across the street. Great value, as well. Also, close to the hospital, university, restaurants, and downtown. I will stay there again if I am ever back in Dayton.」

Full kitchen. Which is a bonus with today's prices of eating out. We didn't cook our eat meals there, due to we ate with my daughter that lives nearby. However the kitchen has everything you need. 「Needed a place for the weekend to get to an appointment in Dayton on Saturday and do a bike ride in Yellow Springs on Sunday. It was just like the listing, cute place with the right amount of space for two people to eat, sleep and relax. Used the kitchen to cook dinner each night and had everything we needed.
