A great place for a great price.

This place has everything we needed for a short weekend trip. It was very comfortable and felt homey. Plus you can't beat the price. We would stay here again.

A nice, cozy apartment in the middle of all our activities. Host provided some snacks and coffee, which we enjoyed. His was very receptive to questions and concerns. I would only suggest stocking the kitchen a little bit more. Otherwise, perfect stay for us.

Good and quick communication with the host. Very accommodating with a date change we had to make. Good location. Had everything we needed; nothing fancy, but we didn't need it to be so for our short stay. Tenant in the place above was loud moving around, especially very early morning, but that was not the host's fault.

Paper thin ceilings and walls. Could hear the neighbors all day and night. Made it hard to sleep. There are lots of cats surrounding the building and on top of any car that parks on the back row. Some man was out sprinkling food along the grass area. Would not stay here again.

The apartment was clean and comfortable, beds very comfy. This is not what I would consider a “condo”, definitely more of an apartment. There is very little insulation and you can hear every noise, the neighbor upstairs was up at 4am and you could hear every footstep. Also Friday night there was a group of kids outside late that were very loud. Also there is a pretty constant dripping in the bathroom area but not from the sink, toilet or tub.

TERRIBLE!! I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. 1. It smells musty 2. No central air, air conditioner in windows 3. No tv in bedroom 4. Filthy boarders throughout 5. Stove and sink were nasty 6. TV in living room did not have info in manual for Nexflix 7. Host was Not any help 8. The walls are Soooo thin, you can hear the people over you all night 9. Cats all over the outside of the property 10. Shower curtain was filthy 11. Can’t get in from the parking lot have to walk around front entrance
