「Loved the location and amenities of this bright airy condo! It’s conveniently located to restaurants and shops in historic downtown Wilmington plus the kitchen boasts everything you could need to prepare simple meals. Parking pass for a nearby parking deck (three short blocks away) worked great, as walking is the best way to move thru downtown. We were a little concerned about the possibility of ambient noise from the riverwalk and nearby venues, but the condo is well-insulated and soundproof....

「Unbelievable location! "Too many" options for bars, restaurants, shopping and activities literally right outside the door. Electric car charging and super conveneient parking right across the street. Will most likely stay here again on our next trip since we just scratched the surface of what the area has to offer. Beautiful comfy condo as well.」
