Wonderful and chic 1 bedroom apartment 3 blocks from the Riverwalk. Best location in Wilmington, near everything. there are 2 total beds (1 queen in bedroom and pullout in living room) Freshly painted and thoughtful amenities to make you feel right at home. Keurig machine fully stocked to help you start your day. 50 inch smart TVs. Bedroom has built in USB ports in the lamps. Living room built in USB and outlets in the end tables. Nice outside patio as well to relax and chill. Free on site parking as well. This is the place to stay!
Other things to note
This unit is part of a gorgeous , historic triplex in the heart of downtown Wilmington. There is another 1 bedroom in addition to this unit upstairs, we well as a terrific downstairs 2 bedroom apartment.

Great Spot!
This apartment was perfect location to explore Wilmington. Great neighborhood, and walking distance to downtown. Parking was super easy, as was the check-in and check-out process. Our host was awesome and accommodated our earlier arrival time. Would stay again!

Overnight in Wilmington
The property was exactly as pictured—very clean, simple & cozy. The AC units kept the place adequately cool, esp for an older house. The bedroom unit is a bit noisy. The location is perfect for walking downtown and along the river walk. i only stayed for a night for a quick trip but really enjoyed the place and would stay again. Steve was very responsive to any question or issue I had and was willing to let me check in early.

Cozy clean property short walk to downtown
By far one of the cleanest rentals we have been in. We enjoyed how close the property was to downtown and how cute and cozy it was. Steven was great to communicate with and our entire trip went by without any issues. We will definitely stay here or another one of their properties on our next trip to Wilmington!

Great place, great location
Beautiful, quaint apartment right in the heart of Historic Wilmington. My daughter and I loved it! She's 7 and we were easily able to walk to downtown. apt. had every amenity we needed. Quick and excellent communication with the host.
