「The property needs an upgrade for the price asking .. floor boards creak all over, no kettle, little cutlery, needs paint desperatly, door furniture bearly on the doors, floor halls smell and carpet was dirty.」

Sliding door and back door cannot be locked. Washing machine is leaking and make wet the whole kitchen. Ants is all over the kitchen.
It make our living experience very bad, unsecured, and worried about our belongings, feeling unsafe throughout the entire stay...
And the wifi cannot be connected .
Even we had feedback and sent photos and video many times to property operator, they don't even bother, never send anyone to take a look.

"The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the station and only a few minutes on foot to a supermarket. There were also plenty of restaurants nearby, and the tram stop was within walking distance, making transportation very convenient. In short, it was a fantastic hotel.
However, the internet connection was somewhat unstable at times. That said, simply toggling the Wi-Fi on and off on my laptop usually restored the connection, so it wouldn’t be a major issue unless you need a stable connection for online meetings. Also, the refrigerator was a bit too cold, and the sparkling water I stored inside ended up freezing. It might have been possible to adjust the temperature, but it wasn’t immediately obvious. I could have asked the front desk, but it wasn’t a significant inconvenience."
