"Shame it didn't have ensuite with proper shower as such and the "full breakfast" was not a full proper English breakfast, ie eggs, bacon, sausage, beans, brown toast, hashbrowns, mushrooms etc..."

"Beautiful hotel. Lovely to revisit Liverpool and stay in a beautiful building that stood derelict for decades before being lovingly restored by Radisson. Rooms extremely stylish and comfortable. I had hoped for an accessible room but had no need to worry as had a double walk in shower with rain head. Original features of the building has been added to with lovely artworks. Very handy for the station AND Spoons which is feet away from the front door"
"I had a lovely comfortable room on a high floor with a great view and a window seat too! I was able to watch out cruise ship docking from my window! The staff here were also very welcoming and helpful. My aunty and I ate in the restaurant twice and had lovely food which adapted well to my dietary needs. The only disappointment really was the tea provided - I drink earl grey tea and would have loved some early grey teabags ! "
"Lovely hotel although layout is very confusing. On more than one occasion we took wrong turns in hallways. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Great area within walking distance to most sites of interest"
"Absolutely no issues from check in, to check out. Room was pristine and surprisingly quiet given the location, amenities excellent and breakfast was great."
