House sleeps 12 guests. 3 BR with 2.5 bath. 1 King, 3 Queen, 2 Double. Up to
(4) additional guests can utilize designated areas for camping with easy access to the downstairs bar/game room which includes a kitchen area and bathroom. Blackstone grill and two fire pits for your downtime. No trailering to trailheads. 5 minutes from Williamson and any services you may need. 3.6 miles to HMT trailhead 10 in Williamson, WV and 5 miles to the Buffalo Mountain connectors. Groceries, fuel, parts, dining and shopping all within a few miles. Plenty of space for parking and all your gear. Handicap accessible and pet friendly.

Home was clean and well maintained. Location worked out great for getting to the Buffalo Mountain and Devil Anse trails. We really enjoyed our stay in the area.

Great place to stay for the trails. Host was awesome! House house was nice and clean. Short ride by bike to Buffalo Mountain. Definitely would stay here again.

Great Place
This was our second time staying . They people are so sweet and awesome . We had a problem with the bathroom sink and they were there to fix it on the spot .. Can’t ask for better service.

Close to ATV trails
Overall good stay. Close to the trails and had what we needed. Carport was nice to keep our buggies in overnight to keep the rain off of them. The only thing I wish we knew ahead of time was the fourth ‘bedroom’ was in the basement area that could only be accessed by going outside. Wasn’t a huge deal, but had to switch around how we planned to sleep everyone as I didn’t feel comfortable putting the kids down there without direct access to the adults.

Exactly what we expected!
Our group stayed there for a weekend riding trip. The home was exactly what was listed. It was very clean, spacious, and in a great location.

Fabulous Rental!
Our stay was perfect!! The rental more than accommodated our group of 9 and everything was amazing! The house was well stocked with everything from coke ware and dishes to bathroom towels and plenty of bed linens. The owner made sure we had directions from the property to all the trails, permit purchasing, gas, local eateries and grocery location. It was a fabulous stay and we’re already planning our next visit! We couldn’t have been happier with the host and property! Everything from the initial booking to departure was seamless and easy!

Great place to stay for HMT
The house was very clean and stocked with everything you might need. The black stone grill was a huge bonus. There was even everything for outdoor fire and plenty of parking for trucks and trailers. The neighbors were also very nice. The owner was very responsive with any questions that we had.

Perfect Getaway
We had a wonderful weekend staying in the area. Perfect location to stay at for the Hatfield McCoy Marathon. Only 7 min drive to South Williamson. The house was perfect for our party of 5, although more people can be accommodated. The house was clean and kitchen was stocked. Elizabeth was a great host, very responsive and easy to communicate with. We highly recommend this place to Marathon Maniacs who are looking to run a marathon in the state of WVA or KY.
