Central heat, Air conditioner, and thermostat that you control are sitting right on the wall, not pre-set. We just ask you to leave the heat on when you depart the home. In addition, ceiling fans are provided in every room of the house for those who need constant airflow. There is a full kitchen with a dishwasher and plenty of counter space in an open floor plan. The home has landscaping and a small fenced area on a corner lot. You have access to hiking areas like Sycamore Falls and lakes like White Horse Lake, Dog Town Lake, and a 6-mile drive to Kaibab Lake.
