"Room was ok if you are looking for a roof over your head this is perfect. It’s not dirty or anything it’s just older. The front desk was nice and helpful but we had a hard time getting towels, we asked housekeeping, and then housekeeping told us to go to the front desk and then front desk told us to go back to housekeeping and then we never got towels. The towels were stiff now that I think of it. Next, We had to lift the toilet bowl lid to flush the toilet because the handle seemed flimsy and i didn’t want to be held responsible. There’s no microwave and the one in the common area kind of gets the job done but you’ll wait on others warming their dinner as well, breakfast is pretty decent!! AC was loud but not terrible. Like I said if you just need a room this is the place! "

"Best Western Plus Hotels never disappoint. Our room was great. After a long drive, we didn't want to go out for dinner so, the onsite restaurant and lounge were a very pleasant surprise. Food and cozy ambiance were perfect. We will stay here again."

"The hotel was clean, staff was friendly, but unhelpful when the AC unit our room was so loud it was shaking the entire room & was extremely loud. We had to sleep with the window open instead with no AC or fan on. There was nothing done about it. The free breakfast was ok. The hotel was in walking distance to several restaurants & shopping."
