A couple of cabinets had helpful tags, a few switches told you what they controlled, and one or two items made us laugh because they were so earnestly specific. It felt less like micromanagement and more like staying with that super-organized friend who just wants you to feel at home.The layout was great, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the whole place had an easy, welcoming vibe. We genuinely loved it. The labels just added a little personality — a quirky signature on an otherwise perfect stay.Five stars. Would absolutely return."

"Communication from host was excellent. House was new and clean and had several nice little amenities like pickleball paddles, frisbee, dog toys. We didn't have a chance to use any, but they were nice add-ons."

"Enjoyed a wonderful weekend at this property. Everyone was comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The location was the best part, really enjoyed being so close to downtown Bentonville, a quick drive to Rogers, and easy access to Bella Vista. Many restaurants and breweries close by, wish we would have stayed longer. The host checked in on us but the house was well appointed so we really didn’t need anything. The garage space was great with games and bike storage. Will stay at this property again in the future. , "
