The apartment was very neat, clean and well decorated. It has all the necessary accommodations and it's in a perfect location for exploring the city of Willemstad. The floating market and the maritime museum are within walking distance. The balcony overlooks the Iguana Cafe and the floating bridge. It's lively and entertaining in the evenings. The building is part of the iconic landscape featured on most Curacao merchandise.

Overall Good Place

Booked w/hotels.com but the apt is rented through a local company, coral & coco. We had questions prior to arrival, & it was quite difficult to contact someone at property. The apartment is big & in the best part of town, and the views were great. The balcony was big & we enjoyed most mornings/evenings there. The entrance was in an alleyway, which was off-putting & felt unsafe. But the building required a code to enter & a key to enter the apartment on the 2nd floor. The door to the apartment itself was solid wood & was very secure. We had someone knock on our door randomly in the middle of the next day(we were the only ones occupying any of the 3 apartments in the building so it seemed odd) & the door has no peep hole so we were unable to see who was wanting to enter our apartment. My husband was yelling through the door, questioning the stranger who was claiming he needed to enter to add more electricity to the meter. We felt like we should have been made aware of this prior to. The company allows 30 kilowatts/day, stating that "30 is PLENTY". We were gone throughout most days so everything was turned off, didnt run washer/dryer & we still went over our usage. There was hair in the sink & shower when we arrived, but everything else was clean. The shower & bathroom were great, but there is no air movement, so hot/stuffy in there. small sleeping pillows & no comforter. Check-in/out process was easy. LOUD live music outside the apt. til 10pm each night. Parking was a nightmare

Location was perfect, geeat view, mostly clean the bathroom always had an odor im guessing because the ventilation was so clogged up with mock , the wifi never worked so had to used from the restaurant i was signed into , staff was attentive and tried but nevertheless its was not working . Response time on issue was okay

This property is wonderful, it has been beautifully renovated. We were pleasantly surprised when we walked into the apartment as the outside and hallway are old. We spend a lot of time sitting on the balcony enjoying the boats go by, the entertainment from the downstair restaurant, watching the Emma bridge opening and closing as well as all the action and tourists. Great location to walk around. The process to pick up the keys was a bit cumbersome for us as we were already on the island and had to go back to the airport. The keys weren’t there yet and ended up meeting someone downtown. I would strongly recommend this apartment.

Superbe loft au goût du jour. Très chaud car au tout dernier étage Équipement de cuisine très de base. Un grille pain aurait été bien sinon tout était parfait

Die Wohnung sieht genau so aus, wie auf den Fotos. Super Aussicht, sehr gute Ausstattung und sehr freundliche und angenehme Kommunikation. Man ist allerdings wirklich mitten im Zentrum, die Musik spielt bis 23 Uhr. Wen das stört, der sollte sich eine Unterkunft in einer ruhigeren Gegend suchen.
